We like to think that we control our own body, and in most cases it's true. Sometimes the forces of nature work against you, though, and for a Missouri criminal, it happened at the worst possible time. In an article on Facebook, the Clay County Department tells a story that many of us can relate to, and in this case, a suspect was handcuffed.
While they were looking for a suspect with a warrant for arrest, officers were apparently alerted to his location while the individual could not hold a big fart.
The publication on Facebook gives little details and does not indicate the name of the suspect or many details about what he was looking for. All we know is that they had a prison warrant for possession of control substance and that they might or might not have eaten a copious meal at Taco Bell 8 to 12 hours ago.
"If you have a warrant for arrest, that the cops are looking for you, and that you are passing the gas so hard that you are hiding your hiding place, you definitely have a day off," the department wrote in Facebook. Added "#ItHappened."
In a comment that followed, the department offered another treat, as well as another shot at the pun with the suspect:
The person was arrested over the weekend under a Clay County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Law enforcement officers work a lot in their daily profession. That's why the discovery of the hiding place of a suspect with an untimely pet was probably one of the highlights of his week. If nothing else, it made their work a little easier.
