Police are investigating a fire at a New Orleans mansion owned by Jay-Z and Beyoncé as a potential arson, Nola.com reports.

A smoke alarm notified authorities of the blaze with an alarm at the vacant Garden District home late Wednesday, and no one was injured, according to TMZ. Police said they received reports of a suspicious person in the neighborhood around the same time the fire started. Authorities believe the fire started in the home’s kitchen, where they found a can of gasoline and books in an oven inside the home.

Beyoncé’s manager declined to comment on Nola.com. The pop star bought the house, which was originally a church and then a ballet school, in 2015 through his management company Parkwood Entertainment. Neighbors said they had seen little or no people entering the house over the past two years.

Nearly two dozen firefighters responded to reports of the blaze, as did officers from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. A neighbor told Nola.com that a door to the house’s grounds was often unlocked and used to break into.
