Police are investigating after two people were shot dead in a Taco Bell parking lot in Hartford.
The shooting took place at 485 Flatbush Ave., officials said.
Police said the person of interest was being detained.
The restaurant and the parking lot were cleaned by the police. Staff from the Major Crimes Division are at the scene.
The two people who were shot are conscious and alert, officials said.
No further information was immediately available.
