LINCOLN, Nb. – Police said a 32-year-old man from Nebraska was recovering after laying his weapon on a sidewalk, which resulted in him being shot at and pulled on the genitals.
According to the Lincoln Journal Star, police believe the man was walking Wednesday night in North Lincoln when a .22 caliber man fell out of his pocket, hit the ground and shot.
