Police respond to reports of gunfire at Natick Hotel

NATICK – Police fell on the Crowne Plaza Hotel Tuesday morning after a bullet was fired into the lobby, causing the evacuation of more than 75 people who had sought refuge in the nearby Mall, Natick or in their car, officials said.

The victim, who was not identified, was not touched by the only shot fired by one of the suspects who were in the hall of the road 9 monument at the time of the attack, said Natick's chief of police, James G. Hicks, to the scene.

According to Mr. Hicks, none of the guests or staff members were physically injured during the incident that began around 3 am, according to state police, "he said. one of the many law enforcement officers who dispatched police officers to the scene, which would have originally been a gunman.

He added that the victim was being asked to retrace his steps in the hope that the attack had occurred, which would have brought the SWAT teams to the state police and a service Regional police on the scene, as part of the intervention of the forces of the order.
