Poll: Ghost of Tsushima released a year ago today – how would you rate it now?

Ghost of Tsushima was released for PlayStation 4 on July 17, 2020, which means it’s one year old today. The PS4 exclusive has been extremely well received by gamers and critics alike, and has become a commercial blockbuster for Sony. Developer Sucker Punch has also done a great job supporting the game once it hits the market, providing notable free updates, like a New Game + mode and a full co-op component called Ghost of Tsushima Legends. .

Looking at our Ghost of Tsushima PS4 review, we still agree with the rating. Ghost of Tsushima remains one of our absolute favorite open world titles of the last generation, and of course it plays even better on PS5. It’s still an absolutely gorgeous game, complemented by an extremely satisfying combat system – and it’s probably about to get even better with the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut.
