Williams gave birth to Pilar on March 22nd and is his first child with his fiancé Dennis McKinley.

The arrival of Pilar is particularly special and meaningful for Williams and McKinley. In September, when she announced her pregnancy, the reality TV star announced she had a miscarriage a few years ago.
