The bank, headed by Paulo Macedo, also wants to sell land in Telheiras with about 8100 square meters which is located in front of the facilities of the hospital armed forces.

Among the capital gains of the two lots, the real estate company admits that it is "reference places of residence for the medium high and high segments." The sale of the three properties should to be completed in October, according to estimates by Cushman & Wakefield.

In order to materialize the activity, CGD follows the same path as the other banks present in Portugal.
