Bethesda refuses refund to players for dissatisfaction in Fallout 76

Bethesda will not reimburse players who are unhappy with the digital version of Fallout 76. The latest edition has been released with several bugs and login failures, resulting in refund requests for the amount paid for the title.

One player even had an optimistic return from the dealer. Although the company said that was not possible at the time, she even said she could open this possibility quickly. However, a few moments later, the user received an answer which, according to him, was not available for the digital version of the game.

The initiative would be present in the company's refund policies. According to the rules, the player who downloads the digital version of the game purchased waives the cancellation rights.

In this way, it is not possible to request the reimbursement of any of the justifications – configuration errors, gambling or regret – including, the subject was addressed in Tuesday's TudoCelular Detective column.

The distributor's policy goes to the detriment of other companies in the sector, such as Valve – where it is possible to request a chargeback for any reason within 14 days with less than two hours of play – and Steam it -even.

It should be recalled that Fallout 76 is marketed by the Bethesda platform in its edition for computers. It can also be found for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, in which it follows the internal rules of Sony and Microsoft, respectively.
