Of the 40 birds seized, 14 were due to the lack of registration for the holding of exotic species and included red-rumped parakeets "psephotus haematonotus", Plaki parakeets "psittacula cyanocephala" , jandaia aratingas, amazonian Amazonian parrots, periquitous whiskers and agapornis. fischeri.
Ten birds were also seized due to the lack of a register of breeding species listed in the Bern Convention, including European fauna: "Carduelis Carduelis" goldfinches, "Estrilda Astrild" and "Chloris chloris" seals.
