Recently, we showed that Apple had ordered a reduction in the production of the iPhone XR, which was already causing problems for some providers. However, it seems that the vision of the leader on the giant Cupertino is quite different from that offered by the market.
That's because Greg Joswiak, vice president of product marketing at Apple, told CNET in an interview that since the launch, the iPhone XR sells a lot more which iPhone XS and XS Max:
This is our most popular iPhone every day since it's available.
Joswiak was confronted with the report published by the Wall Street Journal with a completely different view of most market analysts. However, he refused to comment on the low demand for the iPhone XR and only reinforced what he had said before:
[O iPhone XR] has been the most popular and best-selling iPhone since entering the market
The executive was also questioned about how Apple tax threats launched by the President of the United States, Donald Trump. However, he preferred to address other issues such as the great effort that the company led by Tim Cook will make on the upcoming World AIDS Day.
According to Joswiak, Apple must again contribute to the cause by proposing an action that will donate $ 1 for every purchase made on Apple Pay, Apple Store, official website or stores. Everything must happen between December 1st and 7th.
