When Traci Redford handed over to the Southwest employee, his daughter's note did not expect the five-year-old girl to be ridiculed. All because it's called Abcde.
The incident occurred at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, California. Traci and his family were flying ahead of other passengers because Abcde suffers from epilepsy.
Traci told the clerk to stop laughing after being forced to explain to the child that "not everyone is nice and that everyone will not be nice."

Only later did Traci discover that the photo of her daughter's name was shared on the Internet. "A person who saw the picture on Facebook reported it to Southwest Airlines, I was alerted.Two weeks after filing the official complaint, Southwest has not done anything yet," he complains.
