José Cardoso Botelho assured that these officials should be entitled to affordable housing, noting that the companies will continue negotiations with the local authorities.

As for next steps, José Cardoso Botelho said that there was a set of operational processes to follow.

"Contractually, it is expected that by March 15, 2019, all conditions must be met and the act until April 4," he explained.

Construction is expected to be on the ground in the first half of 2019.
