The PCP will vote on five of the six draft amendments to the Labor Act that will be discussed this Friday, July 6th. The government package, contrary to what was expected, will also be submitted to a first round of voting as early as 18 July.

At this same date will be debated the proposal of the Government (outcome of a social dialogue agreement), but which will have to be sent to the Commission without a vote on the fact that it didn't completed the 30 days of public consultation required for legislative labor initiatives.

These 30 days are to be completed on July 12, the government's initiative will be again submitted to the plenary to be voted. And it is precisely this choice that the PS has made in an application that has been issued and approved today, which means that the diploma will be voted on July 18th.
