Some Grand Theft Auto Online players were able to unlock a Red Dead Redemption 2 weapon in the game after reviewing the files from the latest update.
The GTA Online update arrived last week. Kaimeera and the insightfulwatcher have discovered a code that has led to a reference on Red Dead Redemption 2, which Rockstar has not yet officially released.
The activation of the mission comes from an email from Maude Eccles, which gives you five places to visit. Each one a target.
Once all five targets have been sent, you will receive a sixth location, where you will find a stone ax.

This weapon can be used later in Red Dead Redemption 2 if you have 25 dead with it.
The mission is not yet officially available, but Rockstar should not delay before it's over. It's the second mission of Red Dead Redemption 2 in GTA Online, after a scavenger hunt that resulted in a rewarding revolver.
