In a 2,000 calorie diet, quantitatively it is not very relevant, accounting for only 2% of calories.

What should also be considered in the decision to consume a dairy with more or less fat is the taste. There are people who prefer milk with a more accentuated taste, a sensation that fills the mouth more, being the dairy in the full version the most appropriate; while others prefer a softer and less intense taste, with no-fat versions being preferable.
