The high-end version will include a 1.6 HP engine with a power of 204 HP with a dual-clutch transmission and a seven-speed gearbox.
The new electric variant of the Kia Soul already has some aesthetic features, including the lack of grille and exclusive rims.

It also includes anti-lock braking, traction control, electronic stability control, start-up assistance control, pedestrian alert system and tire pressure monitoring system.
In terms of active safety, the Soul has many advanced driver assistance systems, depending on the market. Available systems include front-end collision warnings (FCW), frontal collision warnings (FCA), lane shift warnings (LDW), cruise control Stop & Go cruise control, or parking alert.
The new Soul EV will arrive on the North American and European markets in the first half of 2019.
