O average value of the bank valuation was 1,212 euros in October seven euros more than the previous month and establish a new maximum, according to data released Wednesday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

In the same month last year, the bank valuation was 1,141 euros, a decrease of 71 euros compared to the current situation.
From the regional point of view – and compared to the previous month – the highest rise of the assessment that the banks make homes was in the Algarve. The Autonomous Region of Madeira and the Autonomous Region of the Azores downhill.
If we compare with the same month but in 2017, the Algarve also recorded the highest and lowest annual rate of change of the autonomous region of Madeira.
So, in October, Algarve, the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, the Autonomous Region of Madeira and the Alentejo Litoral have values above the national average. The region of Alto Alentejo was the one with the lowest value compared to the national average.
