Samsung smartwatches are known to run a simpler version of the Tizen operating system and have the prefix "Gear" in their name.
According to a well-known Chinese leak – Ice Universe (@UniverseIce on Twitter), Gear S4 can arrive as Galaxy Watch and will be based on Android Wear or Wear OS, as now is known.
