It is no mystery that Windows Phone has been abandoned by Microsoft, but the company seems little committed to satisfying the users who remain on the platform. According to some information, the company would suggest users of your system to download one of their applications on the Google Play Store. And the worst: the problem occurs even with a program available in the Windows Store.
According to the Windows United publication, the case concerns the application of Microsoft's task lists. When you receive an invitation to share from a colleague, the Windows Phone user is prompted to download the application before logging on. By clicking on the link, the person is redirected to the Android application store instead of the native system solution.
The case is even more embarrassing considering that Microsoft To-Do is still one of the few applications running on Windows phones. The main confusion is that the email sent by Microsoft contains a link to identify the platform used by the user. The comic side, however, is that the message apparently can not recognize Windows 10 Mobile.
Although this has made some noise in the era of Lumia smartphones, Windows Phone has never achieved the success expected by Microsoft. Among the reasons given for the failure, there is the lack of applications for the platform and the constant reformulations made by the company. In any case, it seems that despite the loyal fans, the system is already turned to society.
