Vanguard Properties will invest 30 million euros in a residential tower in Amoreiras, a project expected to be completed by July 2020.
In the tower, called "A & # 39; Tower", will be available 34 apartments that will be marketed from the end of November. The residences, from T1 to T5, will be spread over 15 floors, on three floors of parking and will end on the 16th floor, in which residents will be able to use the outdoor pool.
Features of the building include an indoor pool, spa, gym, park, concierge and concierge service. Located on Conselheiro Fernando Sousa Avenue, at number 11, the apartments offer views of Monsanto Park and the city center.
The facade of the building will be further embellished by an "artistic intervention" that will cover an area of 500 square meters. A competition will be launched soon, where several renowned artists will be invited to present their projects. The winning piece will be chosen by a jury composed of Miguel Saraiva, Antonio Cachola, Miguel Coutinho, José Maria Ferreira, João Raimundo, Delfim Sardo and Guta Moura Guedes. The purpose of the artistic installation is to "enhance the building", informs Vanguard.
The "A & # 39; Tower" will be designed by the studio Saraiva + Associados and will have a contemporary architecture. "We are confident that the project will be a commercial success and that it will be an architectural monument of the city," said José Cardoso Botelho, managing director of Vanguard Properties, in a statement.
