Despite the problems, the WhatsApp development team is still active in planning a series of novelties for the most used messenger in Brazil. Yesterday (27/11), we showed that the application could soon support streaming audio on Android.

Now, according to WABetaInfo staff, the app code contains more information that may soon be communicated to all users. This is a new shortcut to facilitate the create group calls.

With this, the user will notice that WhatsApp will win a small floating menu where he can select all the contacts he wants to talk to before even starting the call.

With the implementation of the new feature, WhatsApp ends up improving the experience with group calls. Indeed, it is currently necessary to make a call and manually add the contacts in the chat.

Another change that should also be introduced shortly is the establishment of a dedicated group button to make a call with other users. In addition, the messenger will always allow the user to manually select the people with whom he wishes to speak.

Thus, once the choice is made, the application will offer two options leading to a video call or audio. For the moment, the new feature is not active yet and should reach everyone on a future messenger update.

What do you think of the news? Have you ever used group calls in WhatsApp? Tell us your opinion here in the comments.
