Cancellations and delays continue Sunday at Newark Liberty International Airport after a plan skidded off the track.
According to Flight Aware, there are 34 cancellations and 24 delays at the entrance and exit of the airport.
On Saturday, United Airlines flight 627 from Denver had to land because of a malfunction due to several punctures. Dozens of first responders have identified the plan to help 166 passengers get off safely.

The Newark Liberty International Airport was briefly closed due to this incident.
A passenger on board said that the landing was so fast that no one had time to panic. No serious injuries have been reported.
The plane has since been removed from the runway. The airport encourages passengers to check with their carrier for any schedule changes.
