A pregnant mother in Georgia – who is expected to give birth later this month – is now facing a date of hearing for a charge of disorderly conduct after she allegedly let her 3-year-old girl urinate in a parking lot service station.
Brooke Johns told FOX5 Atlanta that she was driving around Augusta Wednesday when her son warned her that she needed to make a pit stop. Johns says that she stopped in a parking lot at the gas station and, having been unable to carry the child inside, let her urinate at the hospital. Outside while covering it. This caught the attention of a police officer nearby.
"I said 'accidents happen.' And he was like – 'take him to the bathroom,' said Johns at the station." And if I had ran into the bathroom and that someone had gone there? What would I let him do? Piss on the floor of the service station? "

Johns now has a hearing date at the end of the month – just days before his delivery with his next child, reported FOX5 Atlanta.
The judge assigned to the case could drop the lawsuits, but otherwise, Johns would face a fine of one thousand dollars and a 60-day jail term.
