Prince Harry thinks Fortnite should be banned

During a recent visit to the YMCA in South Ealing, London, earlier this week to attend an event on the mental health issues that young people face in today's society, Prince Harry made contradictory remarks to the players.

Harry had hard words for the players and especially Fortnite where he said: "This game should not be allowed. Where is the benefit of having it in your household? It was created for drug addicts, which keeps you in front of a computer as long as possible. It's so irresponsible".

He added: "It's like waiting for the damage to be done and the kids come to your door and the families break up.".

I do not know if it's just me or not, but I find Prince Harry's remarks a little out of place. He grew up in an unusual family, prince, living with the Queen of England. I mean, come on. He would not have returned from school and would have been allowed to play a few hours of play each evening or after his chores.

In one way or another, he thinks he has an idea. Many other influential people (celebrities, politicians, etc.) want to come and blame the games for everything. Of course, there are some who develop a gambling addiction because they are designed to be like that, but there are many worse things for which an addiction may exist.

If a tip that I gave to friends in similar situations (this story touches me very close to home), is this advice that I told worried parents in my life: Would not you prefer that your child is in your home, in your walls, safely at night by playing video games rather than walking in the street?
