In 1986, Prince Harry wore the combo blue shirt and embroidered shorts that Prince Louis had made in his debut in Trooping the Color in 2019. It is not known if Louis actually wears Harry's shirt, but it's obvious that Kate wanted that his son looks the same:

It is also interesting to note that Duchess Kate opted for a remarkable yellow ensemble, much like Princess Anne did in 1986.
