Britain’s Prince William and his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, posted a new family photo of their Christmas card this year on Wednesday – and their children took center stage in this cute snap.

The cute snapshot, posted about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge official social media accounts, shows the family sitting on a hay bale in front of piles of firewood. Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince louis, 2, are all seen lounging on top of their parents while smiling for the camera. Little Prince Louis even seems to have been caught laughing in the shot.

The family wore casual outfits this year for their highly anticipated wish card Photo.

“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share a new image of their family, which is featured on their Christmas card this year,” the post read.

The image was taken in the fall at the family home of Anmer Hall by royal photographer Matt Porteous, Entertainment Tonight reports. He has also taken Prince George birthday photos in the past.

The card has been returned to the country National health service (NHS) and frontline workers as a thank you for their tireless efforts in the fight against the coronavirus this year, according to the outlet.

The photo on this year’s Christmas card has a more festive feel than last year’s. Air Commodore Dawn McCafferty posted the card on Twitter last holiday season, ET reports. The image showed the family of five dressed in warm clothes posing with a motorbike and sidecar.

Christmas for the Royal Family – usually an elaborate spectacle – is likely to be a much quieter affair this year. Queen Elizabeth II canceled traditional Christmas festivities at his estate in Sandringham this holiday. Instead, she will spend time with her husband Prince Philip in Windsor, where they are isolating themselves amid the pandemic.

Last year, Prince George and Princess Charlotte in particular attended their very first Christmas religious service with the Queen during the annual family celebrations.
