The woman who went viral for taking a private plane to President Donald Trump’s “Stop The Steal” rally before being photographed in the U.S. Capitol during the siege has been arrested.
In a Justice Department filing Friday, prosecutors said a Facebook user tagged Jenna Ryan in a series of photos with the caption “We’re so excited! DC is linked to #StopTheSteal” on January 5 .
Ryan, who owns a real estate company in Frisco, Texas, posted a 21-minute video on her Facebook account of her and a group walking towards the Capitol building, court documents show.

Ryan claimed she did not enter the Capitol, but the video shows her in a large crowd entering through the building’s front door.
Prosecutors said they discovered a now deleted Facebook video taken as she entered the Capitol building, where Ryan was overheard saying, “We’re going to f — ing in here. Life or death, whatever. “
Just before entering the building, according to court documents, she added, “You all know who to hire for your real estate agent. Jenna Ryan for your real estate agent.”

Prosecutors also uncovered a tweet from Ryan posing in front of a broken window with the caption: “Window in the capital (sic). And if the news doesn’t stop lying about us, we’ll come after their studios … “
Ryan posted a statement on his Twitter January 8 page saying, “A friend invited me to come to Washington DC to watch the march. Unfortunately, what I thought was a peaceful political march turned into a violent protest. I don’t tolerate them. violence that took place in Jan. 6, 2020 and I am truly heartbroken for the people who lost their lives. Hate and violence towards each other will not solve the problems of our country. As a nation, we must unite Republican, Democrat and Independent and have an and an honest discussion about the problems of our country and solve our problems in peace. “
The DOJ accused her of violent entry and disorderly conduct; and march, demonstrate or picket in one of the buildings of the Capitol.
