Considering that most of the seemingly affected games are first-person shooter games, which require contraction reflexes and a very precise mouse action, the problem probably makes these games almost unplayable.
The bug does not affect every game and you know if you've seen it. If this is so new, there is no need to be alarmed. Nevertheless, it is probably a good idea to check that you are using the latest version of Windows 10 before you start.
To check your version of Windows, go to "Settings," then click "About." Look for the "Operating System Version" number on the right side of the window.
