Wendia Williams Show's longtime producer, Talia Parkinson-Jones, will tour Tamron Hall's new show, Page Six has learned exclusively.

Parkinson-Jones, co-executive producer of the Williams show, will co-produce Hall's next gabfest with "The View" veteran Bill Geddie and the former "Today" presenter.

Meanwhile, Williams announced that she was dissolving the Hunter Foundation, which she had launched with her husband, Kevin Hunter, to help those battling drug addiction.

One source told Page Six that Williams' decision to dissolve the organization was due to the fact that she no longer wanted to be associated with her ex.

Instead, she will devote her time to other foundations.

In March, the foundation launched a drug hotline in partnership with T.R.U.S.T., but Williams has rarely mentioned it on the show since the announcement and a telethon.
