CBS Denver reports that protesters and supporters of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement clashed at Aurora on Saturday. Hundreds of anti-ICE protesters walked several kilometers from Denver City Park to the GEO Aurora ICE treatment center.

The streets have been closed for walking and gathering. This resulted in the meeting of both sides in Aurora.

Barricades, large trucks and warning signs were in place when the protesters arrived at the detention center. No stick, pipe or open door was allowed. The protesters were directed to separate entrances that were separated from each other.

On the pro-ICE side, "God Bless America" ​​was accompanied by a wide range of American flags. CIE protesters shouted "abolish the CIE", while CIE supporters tried to drown them with songs from the "United States".

The event has ended peacefully, the authorities told CBS Denver.
