The PS5 didn’t sit on store shelves for long, with inventory depletion almost as fast as it is increasing. However, if you are a Sony Rewards member, you soon have another opportunity to acquire the new console. Starting tomorrow, a limited number of PS5 units will be available through the Sony Rewards website. the Sony Rewards Twitter account says he’ll tweet the direct link tomorrow, and we’ll be sure to update this story when that happens.

Signing up for Sony Rewards is free, but if you’re a new user, you won’t be able to get any of the consoles tomorrow. Each product on the Sony Rewards site is redeemed for points, which means that you will need to have accumulated enough to claim one. There are a number of things you can do to earn points. The first is to make purchases with your Sony or PlayStation Visa credit card. You can also earn points by recording specific DVD and Blu-ray discs and downloading certain movie tickets through the Sony Rewards app.

The final way to earn points is to link your PlayStation and Sony Rewards accounts and make purchases from PlayStation Store. Each purchase you make there earns you 1 point, but if you also use your Sony or PlayStation VISA card, you will receive an additional 5, which will be reflected in your account after each credit card statement.

A new PS5 game in the Sony Rewards store costs 5,999-6,999 points – with cash these games cost from $ 59.99 to $ 69.99. It’s not confirmed how much the PS5 will cost through Sony Rewards, but if it follows that calculation, you can expect it to be around 49,999 points for a disc console. You can check the number of points you can have by logging into the Sony Rewards website or app. For details, see the Sony Rewards FAQ page.

We’ve reached out to Sony Rewards regarding the availability of the PS5 tomorrow and will let you know if we learn more.
