Sony Direct PS5 replenishments are only live for a short time, but there is good news: After being silent for most of January, they appear to be opening up the purchase queues during the month. the week as they did the previous months, so check back regularly to see if they are back in stock.

How to prepare for a Sony Direct PS5 stock drop
If at a later date you find yourself in the queue, be sure to keep your browser’s audio on to hear the chime if you get to the top of the queue – it looks like the places are randomly assigned and sadly, there’s no way of knowing if you’re going to be able to grab the stock – as Sony says, just standing in line isn’t a guarantee of a console hooking up.
Also, don’t forget to make sure you have a PSN account with Sony and fill it out with payment and shipping details to make your life a bit easier and your job easier. You will only have 10 minutes when the chime sounds, so act quickly.
