It’s 2021, and the first PS5 restocking at Target would be upon us. Christmas and New Years Eve are behind us, and soon everything in the United States and elsewhere will be back to normal. For all the unfortunate ones who haven’t been able to get a PS5 yet, 2021 couldn’t come soon enough. In recent weeks, PS5 restockings have been incredibly rare, but now that the holidays are over, that should quickly start to change. In fact, it looks like Target may be launching 2021 restocking very soon.

Taking to Twitter, “YtNextGenGaming,” an account that provides alerts and updates on PS5 restockings, claims Target stores are starting to receive new PS5 stock. On top of that, the Twitter user claims to have heard from more than one source that this new stock will be released within the next two weeks. Moreover, they claim that when it drops, it will likely happen on a Sunday or Tuesday.

Unfortunately, right now, that’s where the details and specifics end. The news itself was shared on December 30, which means that if accurate, a restock is expected to take place in the first two weeks of January 2021.

“A lot of Target stores got inventory,” YtNextGenGaminh said. “According to my sources, there should be a drop in the next two weeks. Look for them Sunday through Tuesday. I’ll alert you guys if more information is released.”

Of course, take all of this information with a grain of salt since none of it is the official strain. Moreover, while everything is 100% accurate, it is also subject to change. At the time of publication, Target has not announced any new PS5 stock.
