BIDEN DROPS 38% APPROVAL IN NEW NATIONAL SURVEY

“I would say it’s a really tough time in our country,” Psaki replied. “We are still fighting COVID, and a lot of people thought we would have passed it, including us. “

“And because of the rise of the Delta variant, because even though it was a vaccine approved under Republican administration, even though we now have full FDA approval, and even s ‘It is widely available throughout the country, we still have… 20% of the country who have decided not to be vaccinated, ”she added.

“There is no doubt that it has an impact,” Psaki said, before concluding, “And of course, as the president said, the responsibility ends with him.”

In addition to bad polls, the catastrophic September jobs report saw only 194,000 jobs added to the economy, far missing the 500,000 estimates given by economists.

President Biden addressed the report on Friday and defended his economic record as “progress” as his approval rating falters at 38%.

“In total, job creation in the first eight months of my administration represents almost five million jobs,” Biden said. “Rising jobs, rising wages, falling unemployment. This is progress.”
