Judicial documents of the Washburn man charged in the quadruple homicide of four employees of RJR Maintenance and Management have been published.
According to the affidavit, Chad Isaak, 44, is accused of shooting at the victims and stabbing them.
Documents indicate that the surveillance video shows Isaak arriving at 6:47 am Monday. Isaak was wearing a colorful top, dark trousers and a colorful helmet.
Isaak can be seen leaving the building around 7am. now wears all the dark clothes. An RJR vehicle is then driven and parked at Indigo Signs. Police said they found traces of blood on the door handles as well as bright orange fibers inside the vehicle.
The police then saw Isaak walking west to Bill Barth Ford and out of sight.
According to documents, a McDonald's employee would contact the police and tell them they saw a man wearing a camouflage ski mask, black trousers and black shoes. The employee also said that the man had something drunk in his grip that he placed inside a white Ford F150 and that he was left.
Police were able to find the truck on video surveillance monitored on the Memorial Highway Highway. A photo of the vehicle was taken and sent to all North Dakota commanders and surrounding agencies.
The McLean County Sheriff's Department says it has recognized wanted truck detectives. A traffic stop was made after 3:30 pm Thursday afternoon. The deputy ministers waited for a search warrant before searching the truck.
Documents indicate that a substance compatible with blood and supposedly positive for human blood has been found inside the white pickup truck.
A knife was found at Isaak's inside the washing machine. The base of the weapon was found inside a freezer. Police also found nine used shell casings corresponding to the number of shots fired at the site of the attack in Mandan.
The officers say that the house smelled of chlorine. The clothes the suspect was wearing on the day of the accused's murder were also found at home.
