Penn State quarterback Will Levis has entered the transfer portal. The redshirt junior quarterback announced his decision via Twitter Thursday night.

Levis, a member of the Penn State recruiting class of 2018, has played 14 games with the Nittany Lions in the past two seasons. In those 14 games, he completed 61 of 102 passing attempts for 644 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. He rushed for 473 extra yards and six touchdowns during 133 rushing attempts.

With Levis in the gate, the Nittany Lions have lost two quarters this offseason. Redshirt first-year quarterback Micah Bowens entered the portal earlier this month before finally transferring to Oklahoma. The Nittany Lions are now reunited with Sean Clifford, the first outgoing senior redshirt, Ta’Quan Robinson and newcomer Christian Veilleux as they are the quarterbacks of the scholarships entering next season.

BSD wishes Will all the best as he leaves Penn State.
