Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth wore an alpine green herringbone wool coat by Stewart Parvin and a bright flower-patterned gold dress by Rachel Trevor Morgan for the occasion. Her Majesty also donned Queen Mary’s diamond thistle brooch. However, according to PEOPLE, after Prince Philip’s death, the Queen made her first solo trip to Balmoral Castle in Scotland in July, where the couple usually retired from August through the fall. In August 2020, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip spent their last vacation together on the Scottish Highlands estate.
