MADISON, Wisconsin – Quince Cephus said he was eligible to play football again for the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
He posted on the move on Twitter.
God is good! So grateful to be eligible to play with my teammates! Thank you to everyone who helped me reach this point! #OnWisconsin pic.twitter.com/Qx81n9LZ4N

Cephus is a wide receiver for badgers. He was acquitted by a criminal court on charges of sexual assault earlier this month.
On Monday, UW Chancellor Rebecca Blank announced that the university would readmit the 21-year-old after his acquittal. The announcement took place after almost two weeks of review of his readmission application.
The NCAA had to give Cephus a waiver to play this season because it did not get the required number of credits last semester.
