Raiderdamus' 2019 NFL Mock Draft – First Round

[ad_1]

Greetings, Raider Nation! Raiderdamus the Great and the Mighty has returned to you today, with much uncertainty on the horizon. The draft is around the corner, and no one knows who goes where and what is the fate of all these teams. Which teams will catch new quarters? Which ones will improve their secondary or secondary passcode?

Well, I'm here to tell you. Although the Grand Raiderdamus does not plan any operations in this model, I can tell you which teams should nominate which players if they are as smart as me. What they are not. So, they will probably do something stupid.

"New York Jets select … the backback"

"Oh no!!!"

And we're going away.

1. Arizona CardinalsKyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma

Whenever a team engages a new coaching regime, the first thing to do is to go out and get a new quarter. This is one of the reasons why people continue to think that Jon Gruden will be leaving Derek Carr. But the cards will pass Josh Rosen, which is nothing special. Murray is special and can help the Cardinals compete in a very difficult division.

2 San Francisco 49ersNick BosaDE Ohio Street

The 49ers met Quinnen Williams at an IHOP this week. They showed a lot of interest for him. Do not buy it. They already have two excellent TDs at DeForest Buckner and Arik Armstead, but Solomon Thomas did not do much. Bosa will be the precipitous counterpart of Dee Ford.

3. New York Jets – Quinnen Williams, DT. Alabama

The Jets might have something to do here, landing Leveon Bell and CJ Mosley free. They could use a solid DT to associate with Leonard Williams, and Quinnen could be the best overall prospect of the project. They can solve their WR problems later.

4 Oakland RaidersJosh Allen, DE / OLB, Kentucky

Jackpot. If there's a player in this project that looks like Raider Khalil Mack's former rider, that's Josh Allen, who destroyed everything for Kentucky, just as Mack did it. made for Buffalo. The biggest need in Oakland is to have an added advantage, and they have potentially landed the best of the project here.

5 Tampa Bay BuccaneersDevin White, LB, LSU

The Bucs have just lost Kwon Alexander in the hands of the 49ers. Even if they did not, this choice makes sense. White is a fluid linebacker, hyper sportsman, and a supreme game maker. That's exactly what a young team like Tampa Bay needs. He has potential for a boom or a recession, so he will either be awful or become Derrick Brooks.

6 New York GiantsDwayne HaskinsQB Ohio Street

About a week ago it was reported that the Giants did not like Haskins very much and had not done a lot of work on him. Anyone with a brain knew that it was a trash, and new reports revealed how much the Giants love Haskins. The Giants and Dave Gettleman are idiots, but they will not spoil this.

7. Jacksonville JaguarsJawaan Taylor, OT, Florida

The defense of the Jags is not a big problem, but their offensive is. If Nick Foles is in the middle, the Jags can get away with a normal attack, but they'll have to protect Foles like the Eagles did. Taylor is the best OT available.

8 Detroit LionsRashan GaryDE, Michigan

Detroit is sure to lose the rusher Ezekiel Ansah pass to free will, and they have little to fear behind him. Gary makes sense as a kid in the area with tremendous physical talent. Matt Patricia may be able to turn it into something.

9 Buffalo BillsEd Oliver, DT, Houston

The Bills have a really underrated defense, but they could use more domestic pressure after Kyle Williams' retirement. Oliver is here an obvious choice.

ten. Denver BroncosDrew Lock, QB, Missouri

John Elway does not consider Joe Flacco as a quarterback, which shows that John Elway thinks we are all stupid. He must definitely take his quarter of the future, otherwise the Broncos season will end when Flacco broke his tailbone. Lock has a big arm and was impressive at the Senior Bowl. It fits perfectly in Denver, unfortunately.

11 Bengals of Cincinnati– DK Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss

Check out the Cincinnati Depth Chart. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Do you see a lot of holes there? I do not. They have talent everywhere. Maybe with a decent training, they will make noise. In any case, the Bengals still favor athletic specimens and Metcalf is as specimen as possible. He can book with AJ Green at the receiver and be a good combo even with Metcalf's limited road tree.

12 Green Bay PackersSweat ride, DE / OLB, Miss St.

Sweat has fallen far enough. Even with his heart, he is too big and too handsome to stay on the board. The Packers have spent some money in the passing race this year, but they could compete against the other three very good quarterbacks in their division. If the Packers do not want sweat, someone will trade for him.

13 Miami dolphinsClelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson

The Dolphins have been mocked for taking a quarter forever, but they are clearly getting rid of their goals for the 2020 class with Tua Tagovailoa. Robert Quinn and Cameron Wake are now out of town, so the Dolphins need something to the limit.

14 Atlanta FalconsChristian Wilkins, DT, Clemson

The Falcons have tagged Grady Jarrett, and the prospect of pairing him with Wilkins is incredibly appealing. Atlanta already has a great list but needs to stay healthy.

15. Native Americans of Washington- Daniel Jones, QB, Duc

The Persons paid Alex Smith eleven billion dollars to run and throw at anyone and break his ankle. They should do what smart teams do and get a QB on a rookie business. They have a lot of needs in attack, but that is the most important.

16 Carolina PanthersBrian Burns, DE / OLB, Florida Street

Carolina has tons of needs on the ground, and the whole team practically collapsed last year after relying on the exploits of Cam Newton until his brain was splashed all over the field. But passing is a good starting point, and Burns is an impressive physicist with a good head for the game.

17. Giants of New York- Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson

The Giants play in a division with three very good offensives. They do not have many passes to make, but nobody is profitable. Plus, they do not have much to tackle defensive, and Lawrence has value here. He fell to the ground after missing the national championship game after failing a drug test, probably for weird Chinese weiner pills or something.

18 Minnesota VikingsAndré Dillard, OT, Washington State

Dillard is undoubtedly my favorite offensive player in this project. It's all you're looking for offensive attackers: size, speed, footwork, average streak. The total package. The Vikings have a terrible line and if they do not want to kill Kirk Cousins, they will not pass Dillard here.

19 Tennessee Titans– A J Brown, WR, Ole Miss

The Titans are a fun team. They like to play Big Ten football and immerse you in the dirt with their running game and their defense. However, in the NFL, this only works if you do not face 9-player boxes on every first try. AJ Brown is a real WR # 1 who gets out of trouble after his team mate, DK Metcalf, did the Combined. Brown is better.

20 Pittsburgh SteelersDevin Bush, LB, Michigan

Pittsburgh are a team in disarray after losing their two best offensive players, but, true to form, they will be stubborn and have a linebacker because they are the Steelers. Bush is a perfect fit for them. Ben Roethlisberger will be delighted to have acquired Bush.

21 Seattle SeahawksNoah Fant, TE, Iowa

I'll be honest here, the likelihood that Seattle makes that choice and does not trade is virtually nil. They have very few choices and many holes to fill. But someone will trade, and Fant is probably a target since the first of the three stars ends on the board.

22 Ravens of BaltimoreN'Keal Harry, WR, State of Arizona

The Ravens lost a ton during this free time and did virtually nothing outside of Mark Ingram's signature. They have nothing to the wide receiver. Harry is a big target with safe hands who will be Lamar Jackson's new best friend.

23 Houston TexansMarquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma

Houston just spent a lot of money on its offensive line, but their players in skill position are sorely lacking. Brown could be a dangerous threat to DeAndre Hopkins.

24. Oakland Raiders – TJ Hockenson, TE, Iowa

I absolutely did not imagine this model for the Raiders, because what would it be used for? There are too many talented players here and someone will fall between the cracks. For Oakland, it's Hockenson and he instantly solves the problem created by the loss of Jared Cook.

25. Philadelphia Eagles- Josh JacobsRB Alabama

Jay Ajayi is a free agent who has just undergone a knee surgery and the Eagles have the mine of paper to run back behind him. Jacobs makes sense here, and can share the backfield with Donnel Pumphrey and Corey Clement.

26. Colts of IndianapolisHakeem Butler, WR, State of Iowa

The Colts are already a playoff team with few holes. When Peyton Manning was at his best, he had two main WR targets. Why not give the same to Andrew Luck, taking Butler to accompany TY Hilton?

27. Oakland Raiders- Byron Murphy, CB, Washington

It seems odd for the first half corner to come out of the chart here, but that's what I have. Murphy was probably the best defensive player in the Pac-12 last year and should give Oakland an incredible pair of corners.

28 Los Angeles ChargersWilliams greedy, CB, LSU

Another corner goes here, as the Chargers bring Williams to replace the late Jason Verrett. Los Angeles does not have a ton of needs and the WRs are not good value for money here. Williams is.

29 Kansas City ChiefsJachai Polite, DE / OLB, Florida

The Chiefs are in full destructo mode after going on 4-3 defense, losing their two best smugglers. Polite will be perfect for their new Dee Ford, which plays DE / OLB in ketchup and mustard.

30. Green Bay Packers- Irv Black-smith, TE, Alabama

The Packers have Devante Adams but not many other weapons for A. Ron Rodgers. Jimmy Graham is very tight, but his best days are behind him. They take Smith here to give some hope to the future.

31. Los Angeles RamsCody FordOL Oklahoma

LA went to the Super Bowl and lost, and their offensive line is kind of a mess. Defensively and at skill points, everything is fine, but Ford will give them some versatility on the left side of the line and may replace Andrew Whitworth on the line.

32 Patriots of New EnglandDalton Risner, OT, Kansas Street

Risner can play all the way and the Patriots just lost a big cog in their machine while Trent Brown left for Oakland. Isaiah Wynn could slip into the LT spot, but it's just another hole. Risner can play all the way and seems like a patriot.

So, there is the first round, as I see it. There will remain a ton of good players for the second round, as DeAndre Baker, Zach Allen and Jaylon Ferguson will not participate in the first round of this model. The Raiders have pretended to be bandits, as I suppose they will also do in real life.
