Jon Gruden is never really satisfied with his quarterback room. He always tries to improve the position in every possible way. That's why on Sunday, the team claimed the former DeShone Kizer second-round pick.
Kizer was originally a second-round pick by the Browns before being traded to the Packers. Kizer started 15 games in the NFL, completing 53% of his passes and scoring 11 touchdowns with 24 steals. He has not won a game yet in his 15 starts.
It is unlikely that the Raiders will keep four quarterbacks, so expect one of Nathan Peterman or Mike Glennon to be released in the same move.
