Senator Rand Paul, R-Ky., Criticized Dr Anthony Fauci for allegedly lying about funding for National Institute of Health’s gain-of-office research funding at the Wuhan laboratory during the episode of Tuesday’s “Hannity”.
SENATOR RAND PAUL: It is a felony punishable by five years in prison. We sent it back to the Department of Justice. I don’t think Biden’s Justice Department will do anything with it, but yes it is very dangerous to have officials we have to trust to come and lie to us, but he lied dozens of times . Usually he tells us it’s for our good but yes he covered up, he obscured – there are other nicer words – but he definitely lied to the American public and he should be held responsible. but not only that. The judgment that we should continue to fund this lab and — that the virus was in all likelihood from the lab. I think this is such an incredibly bad judgment that it should be dismissed immediately.
