A $ AP rapper, John Ehmann, Rocky's long-time manager, saw his hotel room raided Friday morning after receiving a search warrant in Stockholm while his client was sitting in a Swedish jail, learned Fox News.
A source close to rapper "L $ D" – whose real name is Rakim Mayers – said that shortly before 8 pm local time, Ehmann was awakened by four Swedish police officers who had held a search warrant. The source said that the police had entered the room and seized the director's mobile phone, indicating that they wanted his code to be able to review the contents.

Ehmann – who had been in Sweden since the rapper was arrested as a result of an altercation with an alleged abuser – was away from where the fight took place, according to the source.
According to the insider, Ehmann "was completely taken aback" by the raid and "had no idea what he was acting on".
"He never saw it coming," added the source, expressing the suspicion of some in the Rocky camp that this raid was a retaliation for an online petition, #JusticeForRocky, which collected more than 560,000 signatures in the world on Friday.

The Swedish prosecuting authority did not immediately respond to Fox News's request for comment.
Rocky must be detained until 19 July at the latest. At this stage, the public prosecutor must decide whether to dismiss the case or request an extension of the detention period in order to complete an investigation.
However, Rocky's lawyer, Alan Jackson, told Fox News that his client should be released because he is safe and has done nothing wrong.
