Rap star Pitbull celebrated patriotism at a concert and slammed critics of the United States for not liking the country.
“To all those who don’t love the United States of America, God bless you, but to you at the same time,” said the rap star, who is the first generation of Cuban-American America, on a concert scene in a video that goes around social networks.
“If you don’t like the United States of America, go back to the countries where we come from, and you will see how much you appreciate the United States of America”, Pitbull, born Armando Christian Pérez, a keep on going.

It is not known when the concert took place, but was posted on Twitter last week and follows similar instances where the rapper has declared his love and appreciation for the United States.

PITBULL MAKES A PASSIONATE CALL FOR QUICK ASSISTANCE TO CUBANS
Her mother came to the country from Cuba as part of Operation Peter Pan, which ran from 1960 to 1962, while her father traveled to the United States through a visa lottery. Pitbull credited his family’s immigration to the United States from Communist Cuba for his work ethic and success.
“They knew that this country had to offer is that you could control your own destiny”, he said in 2015 from his family. “You had the opportunity. And you had the number one thing which was and which is freedom.”

Patriotism has been criticized in the United States in recent months. The perception of the American flag as a symbol of division has spread through mainstream culture, while various videos on college campuses show students struggling to say whether they are “proud” to be American and even saying that the US Constitution should be abolished.
