Ravens QB Jackson's excuse for the video at 105 mph

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson apologized Wednesday for the video he posted on his Instagram account showing him driving at a speed of 75 km / h.

The video, which Jackson seemed to film on his mobile phone, showed a light on his dashboard indicating that someone in the car was not wearing a seatbelt. The post was removed from Instagram on Wednesday afternoon.

Jackson, 22, became the youngest quarterback to play in the NFL playoff game last season. As the 32nd pick in last year's draft, Jackson was the Baltimore starting quarterback for injured Joe Flacco in the middle of the season and has won six of his seven regular season starts.

The Ravens named Jackson as the starter for the 2019 campaign after trading Flacco against the Denver Broncos for a fourth-round pick. This trade became official Wednesday.

While the video was taken from Jackson's Instagram account, it was posted on the TMZ website. The Ravens reacted Wednesday night saying, "We are aware of the report and we have examined it."
