Razer Book laptop gets price cut to $ 1,000

Razer is joining many PC makers in unveiling new Windows 11 systems, although the bigger news may have more to do with price than the computers themselves. For starters, the Razer Book now has a regular starting price of $ 1,000 exclusive to the company’s store. You’ll still get the 11th Gen Core i5, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage, but you won’t have to wait until the 13.4-inch machine goes on sale if $ 1,200 is too extravagant.

The higher-performing Razer Book models are also better values ​​than their outgoing models, at least at official prices. A jump to $ 1,500 gives you a touchscreen, a Core i7, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD (previously $ 1,600), while now you only need “only” $ 1,800 to buy a variant. 4K touch screen which now includes 1 TB of storage in addition to the existing Core i7 and 16 GB of RAM.

There is also a slight update for intensive players. The Blade 15 Advanced is now available in new configurations that combine a 240Hz QHD display and 11th gen Core i7 with faster GeForce RTX 3070 and 3080 graphics choices. They won’t be cheap, of course. The “base” starts at $ 2,700 with the RTX 3070, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, while the $ 3,100 model goes up to the RTX 3080 and 32GB of RAM.

All new Windows 11 PCs are available to order today. Existing Razer systems (including those still on sale) can also be upgraded to Windows 11, although you will want to check the compatibility list before picking up an older model.
