TUSKEGEE, Ala. (AP) – Reality TV star June "Mama June" Shannon was arrested for drug trafficking in Alabama.
According to media reports, Shannon and a friend, Eugene Doak, were arrested on March 13 at a gas station in Macon County, where he was threatened.
Reports indicate that, during the investigation, the authorities found drugs and drug accessories.

Al.com says the criminal complaint indicates that both men had crack and a crack pipe.
Both are charged with possession of drugs and the offense of unlawful possession of drug materials.
Shannon, 39, is the mother of Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, who starred in a TLC reality show. Shannon later starred in her own show documenting her weight loss.
The reports did not specify whether or not she had a lawyer.
