Reba McEntire Says She Has COVID Infection After Vaccine: “Stay Home”

Country music star and actress Reba McEntire has announced that she and her boyfriend are infected with the coronavirus despite being vaccinated.

the Reba The star told fans of the diagnosis on a TikTok live stream that she said she and her boyfriend Rex Linn tested positive.

“I just want to say one thing: it’s been a tough year, and it’s getting even tougher,” McEntire said, according to Fox News. “You guys, please stay safe. Wear your mask. Do what you have to do. Stay at home.”

“It’s no fun having that. I got it. Rex and I got it, and it’s no fun. You don’t feel good, ”McEntire added. “We have both been vaccinated and have always received it, so stay safe, stay home and be protected as best you can.”

The “Does He Love You” singer also noted that lingering fear of the coronavirus could cause her to rethink her concert schedule in 2022.

“I have no idea what the plans are for next year. You know, the COVID thing has really hit hard and the spikes are going everywhere right now… and it’s all over the country – this new variant, ”the 65-year-old star said.

“We are currently planning to resume touring in January, February and March,” McEntire continued. “We plan to be with Brooks & Dunn at Caesars in December – the first two weeks, almost three weeks in December – but we don’t know if that’s going to be okay.”

McEntire did not speak about the politics of the virus, relegating his conversation solely to his own case. This is not surprising because in the past the star has stated that she deliberately does not talk about politics.
