Rebel Wilson revealed that she previously agreed to each date for a year in hopes of finding love.
In an upcoming episode of Ant Middleton & Rebel Wilson: Straight Talking, the 40-year-old Pitch Perfect actress says “ life is too short ” as she remembers “ experimenting ” with romances.
The Australian, who is now in a relationship with billionaire Jacob Busch, 29, said on the show: ‘It was part of the rules for that year, not that I told people it was happening . I just gave people a chance and learned a lot about myself.

About her experience, the actress adds: “ I had an experience in which I was going out with all those who had asked me to go out.
“Don’t close yourself off to love. I had a lot of great friends, but I’ve never allowed myself to form relationships for the last few years. Life is short and you really have to go.
The TV and movie star met businessman Jacob through a mutual friend in 2019, and the couple made their red carpet debut at the 2020 Monte Carlo Health Gala planetary last September.
The media personality has previously dated actor Mickey Gooch Jr and stuntman Aden Stay.

Elsewhere on the Sky One program – which is set to air Thursday and will see Rebel and Anton travel to Mexico – the Hollywood superstar admits her staggering 40-pound weight loss was triggered by 20 years of self-loathing.
The comedian says she feels ‘so sad for herself’ that she allowed her unhappiness to come through for two decades and admits that she is now satisfied for the first time since her teenage years – and that ‘she wants to become a mom.
However, the bridesmaids star believes the backlash from her dramatic weight loss is sexist, saying a male actor would be “ given an Oscar ”, rather than trolled, for transforming his body.

“ I feel so sad doing this to me, just not loving you in the right way. It’s hard because I had so much confidence in myself and don’t want to project a message to people that girls can’t be happy with themselves in bigger sizes, because I was living life.
Rebel has documented his overhaul of his lifestyle on social media over the past year, revealing his secrets to fitness, nutrition and motivation.
The blonde started to gain weight as she approached her twenties, admitting that she added 25 pounds when she went to college.
She has been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which triggers problems with hormonal imbalances and metabolism, and Rebel says her condition, coupled with unhealthy eating and “ comfort and emotional eating, ” meant she would have a hard time losing weight.

She says learning that calorie meals weren’t “ treats ” was a big part of her weight loss journey.
“What I realize is that it’s not healing myself by eating 2000 calories for dessert, it’s not healing myself, it’s putting toxins into my body that I don’t need. Is it momentary comfort? Yes. But the next hour, it’s fat and it’s not healthy for you.
Rebel admits that her height has helped her land coveted comedy roles that have shaped her career, including “ Fat Amy ” in the Pitch Perfect franchise.
“ I start to take all that weight and I’m like, you know what’s good for bigger girls? Comedy, ”she explains.

“I’m bigger now, I’m starting to laugh, people want to pay me millions of dollars so to be hilarious.”
“ There is a philosophy that people don’t like to laugh at beautiful people, they just don’t like it. They normally want to sleep with beautiful people. But funny people they want to laugh about.
However, her success has meant that she has been ‘pigeon’ as a plus-size actress, claiming that Hollywood executives’ want me to play Fat Amy in multiple movies and call the character something ‘a little different ”.
She now hopes to broaden her acting resume and take on more serious roles, but admits she has a lot to prove to distance herself from comedy roles that have turned her into one of the bankable global stars.
Ant Middleton & Rebel Wilson: Straight Talking will be available on Sky One and the Now TV streaming service on January 14.
