The White House weighed for the first time this week on the recall campaign to oust California Governor Gavin Newsom for his handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted that Newsom shares President Joe Biden’s pledge to tackle the climate crisis and “bring the pandemic under control.”
